Please join us for a reception to celebrate the opening of an exhibition in honor of Satrang's 25th anniversary. This exhibition is part of the project "Archival Intimacies: Queering South/east Asian Diasporas." This exhibition, curated by Aziz Sohail and Alexis Bard Johnson, showcases 25 years of Satrang’s history and places it into a larger context of queer South Asian Diasporas in California, in the US, and worldwide. This exhibition has been developed in partnership with Satrang and this opening event serves as a celebration of the past 25 and a look ahead to the next 25 years. The exhibition features Satrang’s history and ongoing work through flyers, photographs, magazines, oral histories, and more. The exhibition is sponsored by USC Visions and Voices: The Arts and Humanities Initiative, ONE Archives at the USC Libraries, and Satrang.

Food and drink provided. Parking is available onsite and nearby in the neighborhood. Entrance is located off of Scarff street (just North of Adams).
